Winemaking: White vinification at a controlled temperature of 16-18 °; Young started drawing in an autoclave with the Martinotti-Charmat
Color: Straw yellow with greenish reflections, fine and persistent.
Aroma: fine, with hints of fruit, pear, mela mature and fishing.
To taste: good structure, harmonious and fresh, to find the fruit aftertaste previously described.
Pairings: aperitif wine, can easily be combined with fish in general, light pasta dishes and soft cheeses, asiago fresco, Caciotta etc..
