Color: Pale straw with greenish reflections and fine perlage and persistent.

Aroma: profumo fresco ed elegante, fruity, with hints of sweet fruits, pineapple, apple.

To taste: fresh and good softness, pleasant and delicate.

Pairings: Excellent as an aperitif, goes well with appetizers and fish dishes.

Serving temperature: 8-10°
