Winemaking: After manual harvest is vinified in white and selected at a controlled temperature of 16-18 °; resting a few months in the lees, periodically shuffled and spring starts to fermentation method Martinotti-Charmat.
Color: deep pink color, with ruby tints, perlage fine and persistent.
Aroma: pleasant scent, elegant, reminiscent of violets field.
To taste: In bocca è di equilibrata morbidezza, with hints of wild strawberry, fresh and persistent.
Pairings: Excellent as an aperitif, perfect with all the fish course, pasta dishes and fresh cheeses.
