Color: light yellow, tending to greenish, bright.
Aroma: lightly scented, with vegetal hints.
To taste: the taste is dry and fragrant freshness, slightly bitter with a hint of bitter almond.
Pairings: wine that accompanies fish dishes effectively, pasta dishes and soft cheeses.
