Vine variety: Raboso Piave
Winemaking: Wine obtained from raboso “frigolaro nostran” grapes, harvested by hand and left to dry in the fruit room until late winter. After pressing, the must undergoes a slow and long fermentation, to transform into a wine with strong structure and concentration. Rested for a year in steel tanks, it refines in oak barriques for another year before going into the bottle.
Color: Intense garnet red
Aroma: On the nose it appears complex, with hints of ripe berries, cooked fruit, cherry
To taste: ample, soft and enveloping, with elegant flavor and freshness
Pairings: Important and tasty dishes, grilled red meats, game, mature cheeses
Serving temperature: 18-20° C.
