Winemaking: After manual harvest is fermented slowly, temperature controlled, with prolonged stay in the marc and frequent pumping.
After fermentation, it is aged in small oak barrels (barrels), where it remains for about a year; is then started bottling with only a light filtration.
Piccolo is produced only in particularly favorable years for the quality of the grapes.
Color: Intense ruby red with garnet
Aroma: rich complex aromas of jammy red fruit, sweet scents of vanilla and spice "Cinnamon".
To taste: excellent structure and soft tannic aftertaste at the back hints of jam and vanilla.
