Vine variety: Raboso
Winemaking: Fermented at a controlled temperature for 6-8 days, with frequent pumping . Allowed to stand until the following spring starts drawing still young with short Charmat method and then put in the bottle.
Color: Deep ruby red, with purple hues.
Aroma: intense, with notes of cherry and cherry.
To taste: soft, lightly sparkling, cool, Live and decisions.
Pairings: Pasta dishes based on pasta, risotto, red and white meat.
Serving temperature: 14-16°
