Vine variety: 60% Merlot 40% Cabernet
Winemaking: Fermented at a controlled temperature for 6-8 days, with frequent pumping . Allowed to stand until the following spring starts bottling still young.
Color: ruby red with good intensity
Aroma: where the fruity cherries stands, even hints of raspberry, ribes , strawberry jam underneath the wood and hints of walnut.
To taste: soft, "Round", good structure and excellent drinkability, aftertaste to find the cherries and notes of walnut.
Pairings: table wine with a good structure in the early seconds of red meat, excellent matching with aged cheeses.
Serving temperature: 18-20°
